About Us

CBM is a global organisation with Headquarters in Sydney, Australia.

CBM were the first to use the Magnetic Flux system (developed by A Harrison, CSIRO Australia 1979) to monitor conveyor belts and since 1980, have monitored many millions of kilometers of conveyor belting.

Since CBM's formation in 1980, there have been some changes in management. Current Managing Director, Paul Spiteri has been at the helm of the company since 2004. During this time, CBM have continued to develop the most comprehensive conveyor belt condition monitoring program available in the world today.

CBM is at the forefront of research and development delivering non-destructive testing and conveyor belt monitoring systems of all types and will this year see another milestone occur, notably with launch of our new Beltspy Vision System.
