Do I need to have all my conveyor belts scanned / inspected?

tick-541Not at all, we only implement in a way that is going to suit your company’s requirements

 

Do I have to shut down the belt for the scan?

tick-541Not necessarily – scanning can often be done while the belt is operating and available for production.

tick-541Some key features may require the belt to be stopped whilst others can be carried out while the belt is operating.

tick-541A short shutdown is required when setting up and removing the equipment. The scanning occurs while the belt is operating.

tick-541It depends upon which of our systems you elected to have. With the Remote and SemiRemote NO shutdown is required. For other services a short shutdown is required when setting up and removing the equipment. The scanning occurs while the belt is operating and available for production.

 

Who owns the Data?

tick-541You do – we keep a back up of that data and it forms part of the database for our engineers to analyse and make comparative recommendations.
